Trim Trees & Shrubs Encroaching on Sidewalks

Let us all ensure that the sidewalks are safe for walking. Many children and adults use the sidewalks for walking dogs, pushing strollers, walking to the pool and so on. In some areas mature shrubs and trees are encroaching onto the public sidewalks.

For safety purposes, it is a good idea to trim shrubs away from the sidewalks and trim tree limbs up 10 feet above the walks.

Also, please assure that toys, tools and other objects are cleared off of the sidewalks. It is not only an annoyance to have to walk into the street; it is also a safety hazard.
