Crosspointe, unlike most community associations its size, is blessed with two top quality pools. Both pools are near Olympic size, but with their own unique qualities and character. The Glen Eagles Pool, next to the Community Center, offers two state of the art diving boards, two large funbrellas, a wading pool and shade trees. The Oak Chase Pool has one diving board, a wading pool, three large funbrellas, a covered pavilion, and a grassy picnic area.

The pools are fully staffed with certified lifeguards and managed by a professional pool management company. The water quality is kept balanced and crystal clear through top-of-the-line automatic chemical dispensers. Bathhouses are maintained in a clean and sanitary manner. The swimmer will be hard pressed to find better swimming pools in the surrounding areas.

Overseeing these great amenities is a full time job for the Pool Committee and Management, but offers a wealth of satisfaction in the smiles of Crosspointe families.

What We Do:

Advise and assist the BOT in developing and administering an ongoing program to maintain and enhance Crosspointe’s pool facilities, including:

  • Interfacing with pool management contractor for day-to-day maintenance
  • Manage pool contract process
  • Maintain pool furniture
  • Arrange contractor and volunteer support
  • Prepare Pool Budget for Community Annual Budget
  • Maintain official file of Pool Committee documents
  • Ensuring necessary RM&S tasks are accomplished
  • Development and implementation of pool rules

When We Meet:

The Pool Committee meets on the first Tuesday of the month March-October at 7pm.

How to Join:

Attend a meeting to join (both Crosspointe residents and associate members are eligible).  Must attend two sequential meetings to have voting rights.

Pool Operating Hours:

The pools operate between Memorial Day Weekend and Labor Day Weekend, with a bonus two weekends at Glen Eagles Pool.  Hours for the 2023 season will be updated closer to the 2023 pool opening date.
