Curb Painting and House Numbers

Please be advised that the established scheme of development in Crosspointe for house numbers painted on the curb is a white background with block numbers in black.

If you hire someone to paint your house number on the curb—or if you do it yourself—the established format must be followed. Please inform anyone you may hire that this is a requirement. Some variations with a green background have been popping up, indicating that a company is using its own decorating scheme. The white background with black numbers is easier to see than the green background, and we want to prevent a hodgepodge of colorations.
