The Crosspointe Community Center, located at 8275 Glen Eagles Lane, offers a beautiful formal setting for Crosspointe meetings and private parties. The Center is located next to the pool on Glen Eagles Lane, almost directly across from the Silverbrook Elementary School on Crosspointe Drive.
The Center’s interior is an open design with steep cathedral ceilings. On one side, oversize windows overlook the crystal clear water of a vibrant pool. In direct opposition, the other side of the center opens to a small patio nestled near the privacy of a forested area. In addition the Center houses, a small kitchen and management offices.
Center Rental for Private Parties
Homeowners can rent the Center for private parties for such events as birthdays, anniversaries and graduations. A modest fee of $40 per hour and a returnable $200 security deposit assures your party a beautiful setting and your home clean and disturbance free. As our on-site management office is also located within the building rentals are limited to evenings and weekends.
On-site Office Hours
The on-site management office is almost a one stop do it all type of place, from pool passes to architectural requests. For business pertaining to Crosspointe, my assistant and I can help you or point you in the right direction. The management office is open Monday – Friday from 9 to 4:30 pm.
