The role of the Budget and Finance Committee is to oversee the financial transactions and the status of the Crosspointe Swim and Racquet, Inc. financial position.
The major objectives of the Committee include, but are not limited to, the following:
1. Review of income and expenditures.
2. Formulation and recommendation of fiscal policy and procedures.
3. Preparation of the annual budget.
4. Monitoring of the financial status of the Crosspointe Swim and Racquet, Inc.
When We Meet:
The Budget & Finance Committee meets at the Community Center on Glen Eagles Lane, quarterly, at 7 p.m. on the last Thursday of the quarter. The meetings are open to homeowners and residents.
How to Join:
All residents in good standing are eligible to become a member. Join a meeting and inform the chairperson you would like to be a member. Join two consecutive meetings to have voting abilities.
