Crosspointe Board of Trustees consists of 9 members.  Elections are held in March of every year during the Annual Meeting.  Every Crosspointe home in good standing is eligible to vote.  A quorum is required for the election to be valid.  In odd years, 5 trustee seats are up for election.  In even years, 4 trustee seats are up for election.

What We Do:

We represent the interests of all owners.  This includes, approving contracts, maintaining facilities, collecting assessments, managing finances, updating rules, and hearing resident appeals.

When We Meet:

The BoT meets the second Wednesday of the month at 7pm.  All meetings start with resident time (3 minutes per resident), followed by discussion of agenda items.  The meeting ends with the executive session which is closed  to trustees only.

How to Join:

If you are interested in running, you may submit a nomination, usually due in early January as announced in the Crosspointe Chronicle.  You can also email the Crosspointe Office management to get more details.  Officer positions are elected at the first meeting following the Annual Meeting.
