The Architectural Review Board (ARB) is the Crosspointe Community body most immediately involved in property changes or improvements by homeowners. The ARB is charged with ensuring that proposed exterior alterations comply with the objectives set forth in the covenants, balancing the diverse design qualities of the community, and ensuring its architectural harmony.

The Covenants established the Architectural Review Board and mandate that it “shall regulate the external design, appearance and locations of the properties and improvements thereon in such a manner as to preserve and enhance values and to maintain a harmonious relationship among structures, the natural vegetation and topography.”
