A Lorton police station and Fairfax County’s second animal shelter, both under construction since 2021, are expected to open this fall.

Annual inspections are performed each year beginning in March and continue through the late fall. These “street-view” inspections help improve on the enforcement of the Standards and are key to maintaining property values and keeping Crosspointe a pleasant and attractive neighborhood for all to enjoy.

Homeowners are reminded that all ARB (Architectural Review Board) applications are due by the close of business (4:30pm) on the Monday prior to the ARB meeting.
President Howard Kaufer opened the June 14 meeting of the Board of Trustees (BOT) promptly at 7 pm, all trustees being present. We finished four hours later after an especially wide-ranging agenda.

The BoT meets the second Wednesday of the month at 7pm. All meetings start with resident time (3 minutes per resident), followed by discussion of agenda items. The meeting ends with the executive session which is closed to trustees only.

Turkey Trot 8am-12pm on Crosspointe Drive by Silverbrook Elementary School. The 1 mile Fun Run will begin at 8am. The 5K will start at 8:15am.
