Please remember that in accordance with Article VI, Section 4 of the Association Covenants “No sign of any kind except temporary real estate signs, not more than four square feet in area, advertising the property for sale or rent, may be displayed on any lot. All signs advertising the property for sale or rent must be removed within seven (7) days from the date of execution of any agreement of sale or rental. Commercial advertising (e.g., contractor, vendor signs) is prohibited.”
