Board Meeting 7:00PM
The BoT meets the second Wednesday of the month at 7pm. All meetings start with resident time (3 minutes per resident), followed by discussion of agenda items. The meeting ends with the executive session which is closed to trustees only.
Thursdays at Oak Chase Food Truck – Hangry Panda
Our Thursdays at Oak Chase food truck this upcoming week will be Hangry Panda. The food truck will be in Oak Chase pool parking lot from 4:30-7:30pm on Thursday 11/16.

Crosspointe Committees
Board of Trustees
The Crosspointe Board of Trustees consists of 9 members. Elections are held in March of every year during the Annual Meeting. Every Crosspointe home in good standing is eligible to vote.
Communications
The Crosspointe Communication Committee helps to maintain transparency and awareness of Crosspointe HOA activities. We also assist safety efforts by providing accessible and easy communication mediums.
Open Space
The Open Space Committee assists in the management of Crosspointe’s common areas, which include all the land, improvements, structures and facilities owned by Crosspointe.
Tennis
The Tennis Committee provides advice to the Board of Trustees on how to maintain, repair, and operate our tennis courts to provide a positive tennis experience for Crosspointe residents.
Architectural Review
The Architecture Review Board (ARB) serves as a governance body that creates and maintains architectural standards for our community. It ensures that our members reach the goals of the standards
Social
We plan adult, kid/family, holiday, service, and outdoor/active events to allow you to find the best event to fit you. If your group has an idea to share, please join us for a meeting.
Budget & Finance
The Budget & Finance Committee oversees the financial status of Crosspointe’s financial position. It meets at the Community Center on Glen Eagles Lane, quarterly, at 7 p.m. on the last Thursday of the quarter.
Pool
Crosspointe, unlike most community associations its size, is blessed with two top quality pools. Both pools are near Olympic size, but with their own unique qualities and character.
